A lot of people say that it’s not as good as the original. I disagree. The movie was actually good… Jackie Earle Haley was awesome as Freddy Krueger, if you ask me he was better than Robert Englund. I mean Robert Englund was good but Jackie Earle Haley is better. He gives that psychotic feel to Freddy… Robert Englund was the fun guy who liked to play with scissors while Jackie Earl Haley is the guy who’ll pull out his own rib, just so he would have something to stab you with. And he’s the scarier of the two, I know what all you faithful, loyal fans of the original are thinking and your right as a fan of the original I agree with you, it’s too soon for a remake… too soon.
