A Prince and a Pauper tale but instead of the Prince and the Pauper getting fascinated about each others lives and trading them, Louis Winthorpe III (Dan Aykroyd) and Billy Ray Valentine (Eddie Murphy) aren't really fond of each other. But Duke brothers Randolph (Ralph Bellamy) and Mortimer (Don Ameche) who own Duke & Duke decide to use these two men for their own experiment.
The Dukes want to know if it's heritage that made their managing director Winthorpe well mannered and educated or environment that made Valentine a street hustler, so they plant false evidence on Winthorpe and bring him to the streets and make Valentine their managing director. That's the basic story, it's pretty funny and nice to watch, there's some pretty unnecessary topless scenes with Ophelia (Jamie Lee Curtis), which is kind of wierd. The rest of the movie shows how Valentine and Winthorpe find out the Dukes plan and get their revenge. I mean, it's not a new story but the expressions given by Eddie Murphy and Dan Aykroyd are priceless. Overall it's a good comedy movie, so definitely watch it.
