A biography on the life of Muhammad Ali, this movie takes us through the ups and downs in his life. Ali is played by Will Smith, Will Smith does a great job in this movie, probably among his top movies performance wise. Michael Mann direction is also great in this movie, it’s a tough job to compact the life of Ali into 157 minutes but this movie does justice. It takes you through the highs and lows of his life, more of a personality analysis rather than a display of his in ring talent. I guess Ali was the kind of guy who says “hey I’m good at what I do in the ring and you like me for that, outside the ring I do what I want when I want”, a true cult icon. ‘Float like a butterfly, sting like a
