Another movie about high school politics, it pretty much follows the standard template; not so popular awkward looking girl wants to be popular, fall in love with the school jock, redefines herself with an ending speech or narration. Only new thing is the introduction of the word DUFF which stands for Designated Ugly Fat Friend.
