A fun movie you can watch with your friends and family… to see Sherlock Homes as a person well trained in the art of ass kicking is a bit hard to believe, when I think of Sherlock Homes my mind goes to ‘super sleuth’ not ‘ass kicking machine’… but the movie is entertaining, can’t argue with that. The story is about Sherlock Homes (Robert Downey Jr.) and Dr. Watson (Jude Law) trying to stop Professor Moriarty (Jared Harris) from implementing his evil plan… Ahhhh… Don’t worry, the movie isn’t too serious… it has its light movements…
My personal favorite was the wedding scene of Dr. Watson, Oh yeah Watson gets married in the beginning of the movie. The Scene when Homes and Watson arrive for Watson’s wedding is really really funny… after that the movie gets a bit serious… Some scenes are really amazing… have to give it up to Guy Ritchie, Irene Adler (Rachel McAdams) comes for the first 15 minutes of the movie but don’t worry the story has nothing to do with the first one, so if this is your first Sherlock Homes movie don’t hesitate. The action is fast paced and the ending is a bit corny, but none the less… adds up to a good movie overall.
