Crazy, Stupid, Love (2011)

If you really love someone you have to fight for them till the end, this movie shows us just that, it also show us the crazy and stupid things we do for love. Cal Weaver (Steve Carell) is in the midst of having his mid life crisis after learning that his wife Emily (Julianne Moore) cheated on him. Jacob Palmer (Ryan Gosling) a womanizer meets Cal in a bar and tries to help him.
As Jacob tried to get Cal back into the dating game, Jacob falls for Hannah (Emma Stone), and amongst all this Cal and Emily's 17-year-old babysitter develops a crush on Cal. When everything seems to be going right for Cal a gathering in the backyard of his house involving the people he loves, hates and plain doesn't expects, turns the whole movie upside down. The move is filled with comedy and emotion, overall the movie is good to watch. It’s not your usual Steve Carell movie with a lot of laughs, it’s one of those movies which has some funny scenes and has a nice message. Surprisingly Ryan Gosling has a lot of funny lines in the movie and he pulls it off. "The skin under your eyes is starting to look like Hugh Hefner's b**l s**k." and "I'm wildly unhappy, and I'm trying to buy it, and it's not working." are quoted from this movie and you can literally see the mood change between them. Some outrageous humor mixed with heavy emotions, you would be surprised how well they go together :D

"The war between the sexes is over. We won the second women started doing pole dancing for exercise."
